In honor of Valentines Day, Venus in Pisces and all things love this month; I thought it would be fun to share a little about wellness routines in my relationship as well as give you some ideas for how to cultivate and support fitness, nutrition and wellness practices in your own relationship. Several years ago in a yoga class, the instructor guided us to envision a future version of ourselves. I saw myself smiling, standing fit and toned in workout clothes, radiating confidence. When it comes to healing and truly being able to move past triggers and let go of limiting beliefs and patterns rooted in past trauma, the Inner Child meditation is one of the most powerful tools we have. It has helped me gain so much clarity, understanding and insight into why certain people, situations and dynamics trigger me and then continue to show up throughout my life in different forms.
