All you have to do is look at these absolutely amazing pics to see Ellory’s positive energy and personality come through! This girl is one of the most adventurous, fun, loving, sweet, caring, smart, hilarious humans I know! I am so very grateful to not only work with her, but to have her share some of her BbE experience here.

She came to me wanting to get in shape for her wedding, but as with all of my bridal clients, it’s never just about the wedding. Girls who contact me to train before their weddings all say something similar to; “I want to look amazing for my wedding, but more than that, I want to get in shape, have more energy and feel better in my every day life”. Ellory approached working with me from this mindset and embraced my holistic approach wholeheartedly.

She loves spending time with friends and family, travel and being in the mountains which is super fun, but can also make living healthy more challenging. To start, I focused on getting her more consistent with her healthy weekday routines. She would do strength training workouts twice a week with me and Peloton rides at home on her own. With her fitness routine in place, we met for Nutrition Coaching and came up with easy ideas for nutrient rich meals and snacks. Creating more structure made it easier for her to get back on track after a long weekend away as well as stay on track amidst a packed social schedule.

As a result of her consistency, she was able to make some amazing progress! I love seeing her so strong and confident in her body and truly glowing with health and happiness from the inside out. If your schedule is too crazy busy to commit to anything too complicated, but you want to make healthy changes….let Ellory be an inspiration and aspiration for you!

This was such a magical night with such an amazing This was such a magical night with such an amazing group of women! 💫 ⁠

These moments and pictures don't even come close to capturing the stories, connections + the incredible beauty and energy from the Meditation Workshop I hosted with a group of clients at @archipalegoclub.⁠ 🤍🙏🏽

We explored how to create a meditation practice that WORKS for you! We talked through the whens and wheres, but also really focused on the why and how to build more purpose into a meditation practice.⁠

I think of my daily meditation practice as a powerful tool I use to shift my energy in order to heal, transform, elevate, regulate or show up for my clients, my husband, my son and in my life as the most centered, grounded, present and expanded version of myself! ⁠

I truly believe changing your energy is essential to changing anything. ⁠
Dr. Joe Dispenza said, ⁠
“Nobody changes until they change their energy—and when you change your energy, you change your life.”⁠

If meditation is just something you are checking off your to-do list, is it really having an impact?? I believe if you are spending the time to do it, it should. ⁠

One of the first steps you can take to create a more impactful practice is to define a purpose for your meditation each day. Focusing on the energy or area of your life where you want to shift or change, supports having a more empowered, fulfilling meditation practice. ⁠

I'll share more of what we talked about in future posts, but for now, establish where and when you can meditate and imbue it with a purpose.
