Are you struggling to find healthy recipes, overwhelmed with how long it takes to plan your meals or just looking for a way to make eating healthy easier? Yes, yes and yes??? Well then, the BbE Weekly Meal Plan is the perfect resource for you!
A few years ago, I had a client who was having a hard time planning her meals. Finding recipes took forever, she never knew if the recipes were going to taste good or what exactly she should be looking for. Her challenges with meal planning were holding her back from eating healthier which was holding her back from getting to her goals. I told her I would start sending her my personal meal plan each week. After seeing what a difference it made for her, I thought “why not make this available to everyone?” and decided to create a free weekly meal plan service.
What is the BbE Weekly Meal Plan?
Each week I post to the private Body by Emilee Weekly Meal Plan Facebook group as well as distribute an email with 5 healthy dinner recipes plus 1 healthy lunch recipe. All of the recipes are nutrient rich, gluten free and can be made grain and/or dairy free. Focusing on whole food recipes makes it easy to modify to fit any dietary restrictions and preferences. So, whether you are wanting to eat plant based, Whole30, gluten free or Paleo, every plan will have delicious recipes that work with your diet.
The best part is it’s FREE!
To join, email me at [email protected] or request to become a member of the private Facebook group. The new meal plans come out every Saturday morning. The email contains links to the recipes. Along with the links, I post a photo of the recipe in the Facebook group. All of the previous week’s meal plans are also archived and stored in the Photos. To access past week’s recipes, click on “Photos” and scroll down.
I think that covers everything, but let me know if you have questions or would like more information. The weekly meal plan is open to anyone, so please feel free to share this post. My hope is that joining will not only eliminate some of your weekly meal planning challenges, but also truly make eating healthy easier for you! xo
