Think you are too busy to workout and eat healthy? Get ready to be inspired babes…cause this gorgeous mama proves no matter how crazy, busy you are, a healthy lifestyle is possible! Meet Jen Erixon, mother of a teenage daughter, avid traveler, creative writer, humanitarian, successful career woman, and one of the most genuine, intelligent and kind hearted people I know! She juggles more in a week than most of us do in a month and with a little support from BbE she is able to do it all and make her health and fitness a priority.

Consistency is so important when you are trying to build and maintain a healthy lifestyle and one thing that is very consistent about Jen’s schedule is how inconsistent it is. She may be in New York one week then off to L.A. the next. Back in time to head to the mountains for the weekend and then hopefully have a few days at home to sneak in some gym time with me. She is a fantastic cook and loves to cook mostly plant based, grain free meals, but traveling so much means a lot of meals on the go and eating out. How does she make it all work? The beauty of Jen is she truly loves to work out and knows how much more energy she has and how much better she feels when she is eating healthy. Regardless of how hectic her work/travel/life schedule is, she fits in her workouts every week (often times being complimented for her repertoire of moves and level of intensity while in a hotel gym) and if she isn’t making her own healthy meals at home, she finds the healthiest options possible while on the road. By working to maintain the same fitness schedule and eating habits when she is traveling as she would at home, she has truly been able to create a healthy lifestyle she loves! Keep reading to hear more from Jen about her BbE experience…

“I am no stranger to personal training. I had serial training relationships across many gyms in the Mile High City until I met Emilee. I stopped shopping other trainers when I met her. Emilee is the best fitness professional I have ever encountered. She has a holistic approach to health and fitness instead of the one-size-fits-all type methodology. Emilee focuses on and adapts to what each client requires in terms of motivation, physical training, and nutrition.

When Emilee first met me, she identified that I was going to be her “Posture Project” thanks to my hunched over shoulders from two decades of a desk job. It has not been an easy task, but she has worked with me to build up my back so that my shoulders have finally returned to their original home. I feel so much more confident and even taller now as a result.

Ladies, I think it is also important to let you know that Emilee is uniquely talented at helping you create a shapely and defined backside.  In fact, many have suggested that Emilee rename her business “Booty” by Emilee…and for good reason! The results of Emilee’s always-different workouts will result in friends/family/strangers noticing and appreciating how good you look in your skinny jeans.

Above all, Emilee makes every workout enjoyable and knows how to get the best out of her clients. Emilee is always so high energy and clearly loves her work. I've gotten a bunch of emails and questions and want to make sure you all know what is going on.⁠⁠
:⁠⁠
We are re-working the Group Fitness program at Form and for the time being I will not be doing in-person classes. With Covid restrictions the space is needed for personal training. Plus my schedule has gotten really "tight" and it is helpful for me to be able open up those times for training.⁠⁠

I will continue to post SWEAT, LIFT and CORE workouts on Club Form and Body by Emilee YouTube. I am excited to focus on designing these workouts specifically for "home workouts". I am going to keep the equipment super simple and make them easier to do at home. I will also be playing around with the formats a little bit and doing some shorter workouts as well as some more body part focused ones (ie. Booty and Legs, Arms, etc.). ⁠⁠

New workouts will go up on Monday mornings and I will be posting 6 workouts a month (2 of each format).
