I created this meditation as a way to open yourself up to receiving whatever it is you need. The love, the support and the understanding you want and need is there and is available to you. Are you blocking it or are you open to receiving it?
When you are aligned with your power, you are also connected to your true self. In this state, your thoughts, beliefs and actions align with your truth to expand and elevate YOU in everything you say, think or do.
