Body by Emilee Holistic Wellness Services will help you figure out not only what’s underneath your unhealthy habits, lack of motivation or inability to make positive changes, but also give you the resources, tools and strategies to create a happier, healthier lifestyle and sense of well-being! 

Through Integrative Health Coaching, I work with you to identify what holds you back and disconnects you from your authentic self and healthy lifestyle. As your ally, guide and partner, I support you through the process of implementing and integrating the mindset, routines, and actions that help you successfully sustain the change, transformation and well-being you desire!

If you are wanting to focus on a specific area of wellness, I offer Virtual Fitness Training, Private Meditation Workshops and a Nutrition Focused Assessment and Coaching package.

I can also create a custom package or combine services based on your needs, budget and schedule. Just let me know what you are looking for!
