One of the most fulfilling aspects of my work is helping women feel empowered in their fitness and health. It’s incredible to see them adopt and integrate the habits and routines that boost their energy, help them feel stronger and more comfortable in their bodies, and build confidence through the most impactful and effective approaches to eating and exercising.
Working with Tasha has been a perfect example of this transformation—and the best part? She’s over 60.
As women, we’re often told that everything changes after menopause. Our metabolism slows down, we lose muscle, and our energy fades. But Tasha proves otherwise! What prompted you to reach out? And how/when did you know working with me was going to be the best fit for you?
I was ready to find a personal trainer close to work to keep me motivated. I googled around and found BBE which was close to my office. At first, looking at the photos on the site, I thought: "Hmm, these clients seem so much younger than me. Would this be a fit? Then I met Emilee in person and clicked right away with her! She was so cool and down to earth with a great energy!
What are some your favorite or most impactful fitness, nutrition and/or wellness routines you have implemented through working with me?
Oh my gosh, where do I start? You make everything so meaningful and fun. The hour flies by during my workouts!!! I feel like you really listen to me and tune in to what my goals are! It's so evident that you really care about your clients. I feel like through BBE, you have fostered a community that is a sisterhood of diverse, fierce, amazing, and supportive women! I love hanging with them during your wellness events!

Thanks to working with EJ, I've put some good practices into place that have already become part of my everyday life which is amazing!
