When this cute, sweet, hilarious girl sat across from me at her first Nutrition Coaching session, I was beyond excited to work with her! She had gotten into the habit of stress and emotional eating and was constantly craving sugar and carbs. I knew getting consistent with a healthier eating routine and implementing some stress management strategies would make such a difference in how she felt and also help her reach her weight loss goals! We got started and I love being able to say that she was able to accomplish everything she wanted and more!
Here is more of Olivia’s experience in her own words:
Nobody believes me when I say that I sought out Emilee because my diet looked like: Cookies for breakfast, coffee, coffee, coffee with a cookie, and gummy bears for dinner, followed by one last coffee. I had done this for about two weeks straight and then in stressful periods of my life. Maybe I got crazy and threw in pasta, which consisted of just noodles and so much cheese, every now and then. I had just moved back from Australia and traveling around the world and my boyfriend was home in Germany and I was in America- sad, unhealthy, and eating my way into a direction I knew would not leave me with glowing skin and a body I could be proud to live in.
Emilee gave me all of the tools I needed to go throughout my day without having to eat anything I didn’t like or feel like I could perform a one man circus show just to have something I craved. She introduced me to so many new tricks and foods and at my office parties I love to bring some of her recipes along to promote my new lifestyle, which is totally cool and cute and something I am very proud of. And get this, I stopped craving cookies or gummy bears all together…and I have one coffee willingly all day. I know- NUTS.
I now get compliments from my friends and I am the person they come to quietly asking, “You look so great! So skinny and fit and your skin is glowing! What are you eating?” and I really love getting to tell them about Emilee and exactly what and how much I eat and they are shocked. It was the best way I could have ever spent my money. Pick up two evening babysitting jobs over two weekends and you’ve got five sessions with Emilee covered. She’ll make you feel like a real celebrity but most importantly- she’ll make you feel seen, held accountable, and like a bad chick who can totally do it!
So, if you are looking for a place to show up and have things written and made for you and you just follow along Emilee can do that. She helped me change my whole outlook on food and stress and exercise.
