Open to Receive Guided Meditation

If you feel drained, unsupported or frustrated in your relationships, this meditation is designed to help you shift your energy and open yourself up to receive the energy, support and love you need.

Are there parts of your life that feel out of balance? Do certain relationships or situations leave you feeling depleted or empty? Do you feel like you are always giving your energy away? Have you ever thought about or asked yourself if you are open to receiving what you need?

I created this meditation as a way to open yourself up to receiving whatever it is you need. The love, the support and the understanding you want and need is there and is available to you. Are you blocking it or are you open to receiving it?

Take a few minutes before the meditation and think about the areas of your life where you feel resentment, jealousy and bitterness. What do you need in those situations or relationships? Can you open yourself up to receive it? How beautiful would it be to allow that synergy and exchange of energy to flow?

Throughout this meditation you will work to open yourself up to this exchange of energy and to receiving whatever it is you need. I will prompt you to use your breath and visualizations to support this shift. My hope is that you will lean in, release the blocks you have and open yourself up to accept what it is you most need.
