Trying to figure out the best time of day to workout? What equipment makes sense for your space? Some simple exercises you can do at home? In The Power of Exercise, I share an exercise routine, along with fitness tips to help you create and progress a workout routine that works for you!
I had the best time shooting and writing this article for Denver Life Magazine's Wellness Issue. The issue included an At-Home body weight Workout. To do the workout, all you need is a chair and a little bit of space. The article also includes some of my favorite tips to help elevate your home workouts. Decorative baskets look great and are the perfect way to keep your equipment handy. Be sure and turn on some music, it is such. a helpful way to boost your energy and mood! Progressing your workouts is also really important. I share ideas for how to ramp up your workouts to continue to challenge your body and see results.
