Meet Jen Erixon, mother of a teenage daughter, avid traveler, creative writer, humanitarian, successful career woman, and one of the most genuine, intelligent and kind hearted people I know! She juggles more in a week than most of us do in a month and with a little support from BbE she is able to do it all and make her health and fitness a priority.
Consistency is so important when you are trying to build and maintain a healthy lifestyle and one thing that is very consistent about Jen’s schedule is how inconsistent it is. She may be in New York one week then off to L.A. the next. Back in time to head to the mountains for the weekend and then hopefully have a few days at home to sneak in some gym time with me. She is a fantastic cook and loves to cook mostly plant based, grain free meals, but traveling so much means a lot of meals on the go and eating out. How does she make it all work? The beauty of Jen is she truly loves to work out and knows how much more energy she has and how much better she feels when she is eating healthy. Regardless of how hectic her work/travel/life schedule is, she fits in her workouts every week (often times being complimented for her repertoire of moves and level of intensity while in a hotel gym) and if she isn’t making her own healthy meals at home, she finds the healthiest options possible while on the road. By working to maintain the same fitness schedule and eating habits when she is traveling as she would at home, she has truly been able to create a healthy lifestyle she loves! “I am no stranger to personal training. I had serial training relationships across many gyms in the Mile High City until I met Emilee. I stopped shopping other trainers when I met her.
