Surrender Guided Meditation

If you struggle with feeling like you need to control everything, this guided meditation will help you work to accept, trust and surrender.

Do you feel a pull, a need or desire to try and control? To control an outcome, a situation or maybe even control the behavior of yourself or someone else?  Are you afraid of what would happen if you weren't "in control"? Do you trust everything is going to be okay if you let go of control?  

The more afraid and distrustful we are, the tighter we hold on and try to control. The more we try to control, the more resistant we are to seeing other outcomes or possibilities. It creates unnecessary anxiety and stress and a heavy burden that you and only you are completely responsible for the outcome.

How amazing would it feel to end the struggle and just surrender? To trust everything will be okay and be open to alternative outcomes and opportunities? To feel secure knowing everything is going to be okay?

Use this meditation as a way to free yourself from the illusion and burden of control and embrace acceptance and the calm, reassurance that comes from surrendering, trusting and letting go.
