Two weeks ago I hosted a BbE first ~ a Nourishing Dinner Party held inside Nurture at the Nest Cafe.

And ☺️…it was truly everything I hoped it would be! Beautiful connections and interesting conversations held amidst amazing, delicious, healthy food! ⁠🌱🌸💕

I wanted to create a way for my clients to experience, feel and understand the benefits of eating nutrient rich and blood sugar friendly! I collaborated with the chefs at the Nest cafe to curate a menu that was exactly that and more! Every dish they brought out was not only gorgeous, it all tasted incredible! We are literally all still talking about it lol. 😋#thatgreensauce ⁠

Supporting clients in bridging the gap between seeing “food as medicine” and cultivating a way of eating that is enjoyable is so important to me. This event was such a special way to do that AND spend time with the community! These women are truly my heart and soul and moments like these mean the world to me! 👯‍♀️🖤🌎 xo

“There’s a lot to be said about the year I’ve now spent working with Emilee. The workouts she creates are brilliant and challenging, but she also allows for flexibility when you’re having an off day. She is chatty but not pushy, and as a person who can be slow to warm up, she lets me share personal information at my own pace (I can comfortably say that she now knows more about my day to day than 90% of people in my life). She provides an abundance of materials outside of sessions in the form of meal plans, recipes, and events. I hosted the first BbE Event of 2024 last Sunday…

👑 The Goddess Tea Party and Ceremony 🫖

This year, I am focusing each event around a value and for this first one, the value was Restoration. 🙏🏽 We mingled, meditated, drank tea and talked about how we “restore” ourselves through integrating divine feminine energy and deepening female friendships.

It is truly inspiring to come together with this amazing group of women! The way they share their beautiful insights, energy and experiences creates such meaningful connections as well as builds a truly incredible community! ✨
