SWEAT – Mondays @ 11:15 am

Ready to SWEAT? Once this cardio based High Intensity Interval Training workout starts, it doesn’t stop. 45 minutes of intensive cardio intervals that will absolutely push your aerobic limits and put your endurance to the test. Our constantly changing format combines Tabata and timed intervals, plyos and body weight exercises to ensure a new challenge for you and your body every week!

LIFT – Wednesdays @ 11:30

Do you LIFT? It’s time to turn it up! Using dumbbells, benches, kettlebells and resistance bands you’re going to squat, lunge and press your way through this 45 minute fast paced circuit strength training workout. Compound muscle movements set to a dance music beat builds and defines lean muscle as well as increases your metabolism and calorie burn!

CORE – Fridays @ 11:15

What’s at your CORE? Not your basic ab routine. This intense 30 minute core strengthening, fat burning abdominal focused workout is designed to sculpt and define your abs as well as increase core strength and stability. A mix of dynamic and static exercises will take your core fitness to the next level and leave you feeling energized and ultra-toned!
